Port St Joe RV Resort accepts the following types of rigs. Class A and Class C motorhomes, 5th wheel, and bumper pull trailers are acceptable. Pop-up campers, hybrid travel trailers, truck campers or converted units, including skoolies, and horse trailers are accepted at the discretion of the General Manager. Please call the office to get approval prior to making reservations. All RV’s must be RVIA or CRVIA certified/self-contained units. Any RV over ten (10) years of age, must have prior approval.
All Reservation Sites Subject to Availability. Management reserved the right to change site numbers.
RV rates are based on 2 adults per site. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per day charge for any additional group/family member for each person over 5 yrs. of age. The maximum number of guests per RV site is six (6) people. Children under 5 yrs. of age are free but count towards maximum occupancy. Only one RV and vehicle per site. All rates include FHU each site has 30-amp 50-amp, water, sewer connections and park Wi-Fi. Taxes are not included in rates. 12% tax subject to change without notice.
A one (1) night deposit is required on all daily and weekly reservations, taken at the time you make the reservation. A 3-night minimum reservation is required on all major holidays and local events. Full payment due at time of reservations. There are no refunds given on holiday, or local events.
PETS- Responsible Per Owners are welcome. No more than three (3) pets allowed per site and MUST be always on a leash and under control. Waste stations are located throughout the resort, and you are required to pick up after your pet. Proof of vaccinations is required.
Discounts- For Good Sam’s, Campers Card and Veterans/active-duty military. Please ask for discounts prior to check-in.
Monthly rates: All monthly stays require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of reservations. The remainder of the first month’s rent is due upon arrival. No discounts are given on monthly reservations. Taxes are not included in rates. 12% tax subject to change without notice.
Additional vehicle/trailer parking- $5 per day per vehicle.
Fish cleaning/shellfish cleaning is prohibited in the Resort. To include scallops, oyster, and clams.
Fireworks are prohibited on Resort Property.
Cancellations and Refunds
A $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged on all reservations.
Any cancellations made within 8 days of arrival will forfeit deposit.
There are no credits or refunds for early departure, expect in the event of a mandatory evacuation order.
Violations of the above-mentioned rules and regulations will result in immediate expulsion from the Resort.

Rates are for two (2) adults and up to four (4) children under 13 years old. The maximum number of guests per RV site is six people. There is an additional charge of $5.00 per person, if there are more than 2 adults. One RV per site. Children under 5 years of age are free.
These rates include all utilities (30- and 50- amp) electrical service. Sewer and water connections. Wi-fi There is also an on-site laundry room and convenience store located within the office.
All sites will accommodate RV’s up to 65’ and one vehicle. All vehicles must be parked on the gravel portion of the site. We do not permit parking on the grass, or in vacant sites. Additional parking is available for a nominal fee.

A 3-night minimum reservation is required on all major holidays, local events, bike rallies. Cancellations must be done 30 prior to check-in or guest will forfeit the deposit.
Cancellations for normal reservations: Cancellation deadline is 8 days before arrival. Which will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. Any cancellations within 7 days of arrival date will result in a loss of one night’s deposit. There are no credits or refunds for early departures, expect in the event of a mandatory evacuation as ordered by local authorities.
Payments for monthly rates: All monthly deposits require a $125.00 non-refundable deposit at time of reservations. The remainder of the first month rent is due upon arrival.
A one-night deposit will be required for weekly or daily reservations and will taken at time you make your reservations.

Pets: Responsible pet owners are welcome. (Must show proof of vaccinations) Your are required to keep you per leashed while in the RV Resort as well as while on Gulf County beaches. Please call the Gulf County TDC for more information about the local rules and regulations. There are several pet stations throughout the RV Resort. Please pick up after your pet.
Violations to the above-mentioned rules and regulations, will cause for an immediate expulsion from the RV Resort
