Staying Longer? Monthly RV Sites Are Available Year-Round

Monthly RV sites are available year-round, with the most popular time being January through March. If you’re planning a winter stay, we recommend booking early.

Some rig types (including certain converted units) may require approval before booking—please call the office if you’re unsure.

Bringing a Boat? Boat Parking Is Available

Boat parking is available, and we recommend the public boat launch in downtown Port St. Joe—Frank Pate Park—for easy bay access.

Reservation Notes (Quick Read)

Check-In / Check-Out
  • Check-in is 1:00 p.m. or later; early arrival may be available for a fee if the site is ready. 
  • Late checkout may be available until 3:00 p.m. for a fee if your site is available.
  • Reservations include 1 RV, 1 vehicle, 2 adults, and up to 4 children; 6-person max per site.
  • Additional guests/vehicles are subject to fees as listed on the current site.
  • Daily/weekly: deposit required; holiday/event rules apply (see full details). 
  • Monthly: $500 deposit rules are detailed on the Monthly page.
  • Responsible pet owners welcome; up to three pets per site; proof of vaccinations required
  • Non-standard rigs may require approval; RVs over 10 years require prior approval.
