Port St. Joe is the perfect place when you want to be close to popular spots like Panama City but enjoy a quiet setting and small-town vibe. It’s why the area is called “Florida’s Forgotten Coast” – it’s the last remaining stretch of pristine beaches that aren’t crowded with high rises.

We are the closest RV Park to downtown Port St. Joe, which offers unique shopping and restaurants. For groceries, there’s a Piggly Wiggly nearby and the local Dollar Tree is a popular store for picking up essentials.

Many monthly guests enjoy visiting Apalachicola, which is a port town bursting with hometown charm. Located about 30 minutes away down a quiet road, you’ll find history, shopping, dining, boating and more.

On our property, you’ll find clean and modern amenities to make your stay comfortable. We also plan occasional activities including live music.

Monthly site cost is $1200/month and includes electric.

It does not include taxes, which is 7% state and 5% hospitality (as of February 2024.) Long-term stays are allowed and rented on a month-to-month basis.
